Overview
Lam Dong is one of the five provinces in the Central Highlands and the seventh largest province in the country adjacent to the southern key economic region. Located on the highest plateau of the Central Highlands is Lam Vien - Di Linh with an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level. Its provincial capital is Dalat city which is 300 km north of Ho Chi Minh City, and 135 km west to Nha Trang seaport.
With a cool climate all year round and many beautiful landscapes, Lam Dong attracts a large number of tourists coming here to visit and relax. Lam Dong has many famous landmarks such as waterfalls in Duc Trong district and natural landscapes in Dalat such as Than Tho lake and Xuan Huong lake.
In addition, Dalat - Lam Dong cuisine is also an attraction to tourists. Mini-pancakes with meatball sauce, bread with pork dumplings, or avocado cream are always sought by tourists whenever they have the opportunity to explore Dalat.
